Standalone donations or donations made at registration time are received by Ceata, are non-refundable, and will be used for the organization of Coliberator (2017, and if applicable, for next editions). Regular and membership donations are used by Ceata in its digital freedom projects and are non-refundable, but the subscription can be canceled by the donor at any time. Ceata reserves the right to not publicize interrupted membership donations before the total amount of €180 = 12x €15 could be reached.
